COVID-19 Health & Safety Update

Procedures for your upcoming dental appointment:
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff and community. Given the current environment with COVID-19, we have implemented the following changes in our office that we want you to be aware of:

  • Patients will be screened using a questionnaire, both when making an appointment and again when you arrive.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for physical distancing between patients. This might mean patients are offered fewer options for appointment times.
  • The practice may use telehealth (virtual or phone appointments) in order to limit a patient’s need to physically be in the office.
  • Patients are asked to not bring others into the dental practice, unless they are parents or guardians of patients who are minors or are special needs patients. If someone accompanies a patient, they will be asked to wait in their vehicle or outside the office.
  • Patients are asked to wear a mask while in the office.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for their use before and after touching items in the office.

Nuevos protocolos para su proxima cita:

Nuestra prioridad es la salud y bien estar de ustedes, nuestros pacientes, su familia, nuestros empleados y comunidad. Dado a nuestro nuevo ambiente a consecuencia de Covid-19 hemos implementado nuevos cambios a nuestra oficina de los cuales nos gustaria compartir con usted:

  • Todos los pacientes seran evaluados via cuestionario, antes de hacer cita y una vez mas a el llegar a su cita.
  • Las citas seran manejadas usando el distanciamiento social entre pacientes. Esto puede significar menos opciones en cuanto a el dia y hora.
  • Tal vez la utilizacion de Telehealth (citas virtuales) sea una opcion en ciertos casos para limitar las visitas a la oficina.
  • Le pediremos a nuestros pacientes que vengan a su citas sin acompanante al menos que sea un menor de edad o persona con discapacidad. En ese caso se le permitira a una sola persona que sea el guardian, padre, o madre estar presente. Cualquier otro acompanante tendra que esperar en su vehiculo o fuera la oficina.
  • Se les padira a los pacientes usar su mascarilla o tapabocas mientras permanezca en la oficina.
  • Gel antibacterial estara disponible para su uso antes y despues de su cita.
